(251009) -- PYONGYANG, Oct. 9, 2025 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, reviews the guard of honor with Pak Thae Song, premier of the cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and presidium member of the Political Bureau of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) Central Committee, during a welcome ceremony at Pyongyang Sunan International Airport in Pyongyang, DPRK, Oct. 9, 2025.

At the invitation of the Central Committee of the WPK and the government of the DPRK, Li arrived on Thursday to attend the 80th anniversary celebrations of the WPK and pay an official goodwill visit to the DPRK. (Xinhua/Zhai Jianlan)
