Los Angeles [US], July 17 (ANI): Ariana Grande has cleared the air for fans worried she may be stepping away from her music career.
The 32-year-old singer and actress recently took to Instagram to address rumors and assure fans that she is not abandoning her passion for music. In her post, she called the assumptions 'very silly' and shared that music has always been her 'lifeline.' Grande also added that even though her music journey may not look the same as before, she feels 'grateful,' 'excited,' and 'inspired' about what's ahead.
'Very silly of you all to assume that just because I have my hands full with many things that I plan to abandon singing & music ... !!! It is and has always been my lifeline. There will need to be room made for all of it,' read Grande's Instagram post.
'It may not look exactly like it did before but i much prefer how it looks in my head. i am having fun. i feel grateful and excited and inspired. :) finding a balance, between many projects and endeavors i love, and doing it my own way... so i'm working on a plan to sing for you all next year. even if it's just for a little. i love you,' she added.

The message comes just a day after Grande was confirmed to star in the animated film Oh, the Places You'll Go! by Wicked director Jon M. Chu. The movie, which also stars Josh Gad, is set to release in 2028 and will include original songs by award-winning composers Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
Grande, who recently earned her first Oscar nomination for playing Glinda in Wicked, also hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with the deluxe edition of her album Eternal Sunshine. She is also part of the upcoming Meet the Parents 4 movie with Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro. (ANI)
